OUR LAWN CARE PROGRAMS
Our 6-round organic hybrid program is designed to keep your lawn healthy, green, and resilient all year long. We combine premium organic fertilization, eco-friendly weed control, and soil-boosting treatments, timed perfectly across the seasons. Each round targets your lawn’s specific needs for growth, disease prevention, and pest management. Your turf gets stronger from the roots up, naturally resisting stress, drought, and weeds.
This program is the perfect foundation for a vibrant, thriving lawn built to last.
January 15th to February 28th
Round 1: Pre-Emergent
To start out the year on Round 1, we apply our 1st of 3 pre-emergents of the season to prevent spring/summer weeds. We do spot treat existing weeds at this time, but they are very slow to die as temperatures are too cool to get quick great results.
Our Tree, Shrub and Flower Program (TSF) first treatment starts during this time frame.
March 1st to April 14th
Round 2: Organic Fertilizer
In Round 2, we begin by using an amazing organic granular fertilizer that benefits your soil biology, which in turn feeds and creates great roots and pushes healthy turf top growth. Spot treatment of weeds as needed.
Add-on services for Annual Fire Ant Control and Organic Granular Topdressings are started during this time frame.
April 15th to May 31st
Round 3: Pre-Emergent
In Round 3, we apply our 2nd pre-emergent of the season for our core annual program.
This further prevents broadleaf and crabgrass from germinating and gives stronger residual control throughout the summer until we apply the last pre-emergent for fall/winter. Spot treatment of weeds as needed.
Add-on services for TSF (Tree, Shrub & Flower Program) Round 2 of 3 and Turf Disease Prevention Treatments are offered during this time.
June 1st to July 15th
Round 4: Organic Fertilizer
In Round 4, we apply another granular organic fertilizer. Spot treatment of weeds as needed
For those who have opted for Grubworm treatments, these are applied during this time.
July 16th to August 31st
Round 5: Weed Control
During Round 5, which is the hottest time of the season, we primarily focus on post-emergent weed control applications to keep the lawn clean and weed-free. We also monitor for potential disease, drought stress, or pest issues such as Chinch bugs or Armyworms, and inform you if any are found while turf is under seasonal stress. Quick Tip! A really thick lawn will help with drought summer heat stress and retain more moisture below!
For those who opted for preventative Chinch Bug control, this is applied during this round. We also provide Flea/Tick treatments during this stage of the process.
September 1st to October 15th
Round 6: Fall/Winter Pre-Emergent
In our final round, Round 6, we proactively prepare for the upcoming season of fall/winter weeds with a final pre-emergent. This is the last treatment before the lawn goes into dormancy. Spot treatment of weeds as needed.
Add-on services for Turf Disease Prevention and Final TSF (Tree, Shrub & Flower Program) treatments are applied during this time.
Our Programs
For all of our new clients, we have designed a fast-track onboarding process to help your lawn quickly get ready to join our 6-round organic hybrid program. We visit your property and create a custom, closely timed Fast Track plan that uses between 2–3 targeted treatments within 30 days.
This accelerated approach helps knock out existing weeds, jumpstarts soil health with organic fertilizers, and gets your lawn prepared to fully benefit from our annual program.
WEEK 1
Treatment 1: Weed Suppression & Soil Boost
We apply our first treatment focused on heavy post-emergent weed control and light organic soil conditioning. This kickstarts root health while knocking down active weeds. Helps prepare the lawn to accept nutrients more efficiently.
WEEK 2–3
Treatment 2: Pre-Emergent & Organic Fertilizer
We apply pre-emergent protection against new weed germination and follow up with a granular organic fertilizer. This dual-action treatment improves soil health while preventing new weed seeds from taking hold.
WEEK 4 (Optional 3rd Application for Severe Lawns)
Treatment 3: Strengthening and Stabilization
If needed, we perform a third closely timed visit focused on reinforcing earlier treatments with a second round of pre-emergent, spot weed treatment, and soil amendments. This stabilizes the lawn before officially transitioning into the full annual program.
